Berry Beet Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 2 medium beets raw
- 12 oz blackberries
- 12 oz strawberries
- - plus extra blueberries or strawberries for garnish
- 2 cups cranberry nut mix
Equipment & Utensils
- Juicer
- Blender
- Cooking Spatula
Instructions
- Peel beets and then cut into sections that will allow the beets to fall through your juicer easily.
- Juice beets, remove the frothy head from the juice, and set aside.
- Place blackberries and strawberries into a blender and top with beet juice.
- Blend on medium until berries have completely disintegrated.
- Divide contents of blender into two bowls.
- Using a spatula as a guard, carefully scatter cranberry nut mix on top of blended berries and beets up to the diameter of your bowls.
- Garnish the other half of the bowl as you like with berries and serve immediately.
