Hello, are you still stuck inside, still sheltering in place like I am? Are you spending a little more on at home cocktails like I am? Well then here’s a cocktail recipe for you, Chocolate Coquito Martini, made with Bebo’s Coquito. It’s delicious.
Coquito is no longer that drink you serve during the holidays only. Nope, Bebo’s Coquito delivers Coquito all year round and it’s available in many flavors: Strawberry, Caramel, Nutella and Tres Leches. I used Tres Leches for this cocktail. Did I say it was delicious already?
Bebo’s Coquito is made in New York and comes in two sizes, 750 ml and a cute single serving and will ship, US only. Reach out via Instagram to make your order before it sells out.
A Chocolate Coquito Martini is a perfect blend of creamy, sweet and boozy, but not too boozy. I like to have one after dinner instead of dessert. Fear not though, you can have dessert if you like.
You can also serve this cocktail hot. Imagine a rich and comforting cocktail on a chilly night. Don’t forget to use a heat safe glass.
Memorial Day weekend is around the corner and a Chocolate Coquito Martini will make for a great treat. No kids allowed folks. This is for the grown folks and should be sipped. It will make a great treat once the kids have been put to bed, you deserve it.
Remember drink responsibly.
