Have you decided on what to cook for Christmas dinner? I’m planning on cooking a decadent three course meal, but I cannot come to a decision on the exact dishes. Perhaps I’ll serve a plate of Honey Balsamic Brussels Sprouts as a side dish.
If you can get your hands on Brussels sprouts on a stalk, go for it, they make for a fantastic statement.
Honey Balsamic Brussels Sprouts is a delicious side dish full of flavor and varied textures. Totally yum!
If you have young ones who prefer to avoid veggies, Brussels sprouts on a stalk will pique their interest. Adding bacon is usually a winner too.
Cooking Brussels sprouts on a stalk is quite simple. No need to trim each and every one as they are all attached to a stalk. All you need to do is remove the damaged leaves and trim the end of the large stalk just a little. You are then ready to season as desired before cooking.
