Spiced Lamb Shoulder with Tzatziki Sauce

Tzatziki Sauce

Instructions
Tzatziki Sauce:
Mix together sour cream, lemon juice and garlic until completely combined.
Add cucumber, dill and pepper and mix once more to combine.
Transfer sauce to a serving dish, cover with plastic wrap and place in fridge until ready to serve.
Spiced Lamb
Mix together coriander, cumin, cayenne, onion and garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Add Worcestershire sauce and olive oil and whisk until completed combined.
Rub all over lamb, then place in a preheated oven at 375 and cook for 1 1/2 hours.
Baste lamb every 30 minutes with released juices to reintroduce flavors.
Test temperature of lamb and once it reaches 140 degrees, raise heat in oven to 410 and cook for another 15 minutes to brown the lamb.
Remove from oven and allow to rest for 15 minutes.
Serve with tzatziki sauce when ready.
