I really like today’s recipe, Spinach Provolone Stuffed Chicken Breasts. It is so surprisingly easy to create, and yet very impressive looking.

I love an appetizer or canapé that provides a really interesting opener to a meal or cocktail party. Something that requires little effort, saving your culinary strengths for the main course or more complex bites. Spinach bacon strawberry crostini ticks all those boxes, and because of its mix of meat and fruit, never fails to surprise those who are lucky enough to get a taste.
It’s important to eat your greens, but the cold weather in New York calls for something warming and comforting. So here’s a compromise that will keep you on the plus side of the healthy eating scale. Spinach soup, drizzled with white truffle oil and topped with apple chips.
Its a Green Juice morning…
I really wish I could stick to a juicing and souping food plan, I think I’d really see some results, weight loss and well being. But alas I am still drawn to a cheeky cocktails and high salt, high fat appetizers. All I need is the slightest hint of a celebration and my healthy eating plan is sunk! So I’m starting again, drawing a line under my wanton ways and resolve to stick to my juicing and souping plan. So join me, here’s a my favorite juice of all time, it gives me a zip and pep in my step and is absolutely delicious.
